Vermont is best known for Ben and Jerry's, Phish, Bernie Sanders and being both extremely white and extremely liberal. I camp in this area often because it is beautiful country. I was in Burlington area getting breakfast when I saw this.

for anyone who hasn't been there Burlington is a city where the only colored people are Chinese nationals who go to UVM and homeless black men.

A cynic would wonder if Big Pharma was sending lower quality vaccines to certain areas.

So I over engineered things.

I thought they were playing mind games, using technology and weather and phases to send different batches to different demographics, with the fragile virus/storage tech being their plausible deniability if anyone asks why they're diverting certain batches to certain places.

Turns out all they had to do was put up a sign that said Coloreds Only.
