Vexatious Litigants - A possible untapped source of content?

Today I learned that the Ministry of Justice here in the UK keeps a list of those individuals subject to General Civil Restrain Orders. These are the most severe class of civil restraint order that someone can be subjected to and prevent you, for a period of 2 years, filing any claim in any court whatever without the leave of that Court. I'm thinking that these may be people of interest because some of them are truly exceptional and to be subject to a GCRO you have to have a track record of spraying lolsuits in pretty much every direction imaginable.

Neither is "Smith, Samuel Collingwood" and I too am surprised. To be hit with a GCRO you have to spray lolsuits in every direction without let or hindrance. Camille Saskia Richardson was hit with one for repeatedly suing Google and Facebook for defaming her when there wasn't even the hint of an arguable case and then harassing Pinsent Masons (solicitors for Google) by telephone and shouting how she was going to get them struck off.

Sandra Vlad, well, I'm compiling a thread on her for her antics because she's got a fairly sizeable internet presence and much salt is flowing.

Anal Sheikh is another one; she kept suing her former lawyers in negligence and being party to a huge fraud against her, personally (they weren't), her lawyers' lawyers for perpetuating that fraud, her lawyers' lawyers' lawyers, and so on. She then started launching vexatious complaints against judges who slung her cases out as totally without merit and then hid behind her 88 year old mother as a shield.

Benjamin Gray is yet another, he has a seven year history of lolsuits against Avon & Somerset Police for allegedly persecuting him. Have a read of the judgement in that one to see some of the things he was coming out with:

Compared to this, Dzon Bishop and Based Sam are small fry, frankly.

has sued actress Anne Hathaway because while filming in Philadelphia she didn't visit the federal prison where he was jailed at the time.

He's sued wide receiver Terrell Owens, charging Owens spiked quarterback Donovan McNabb's water bottle with the sedative Lunesta during the fourth quarter of the Eagles' 2005 Super Bowl loss, costing Riches hundreds of dollars in a jailhouse bet.

A 37-year-old white guy from the Philadelphia suburbs, Riches once filed a civil rights complaint against Black History Month. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! led off another suit of his.

He's sued Green River serial killer Gary Ridgway. Actor Danny DeVito. Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss. Serbian strongman Slobodan Milosevic, who had died two years earlier. And Amtrak, Greyhound and several airlines, saying their high rates were preventing the love of his life from visiting him.

Riches has even sued the Guinness Book of World Records, claiming it wanted to recognize him for filing the most lawsuits "in the history of mankind," and complaining that the many nicknames he's been tagged with — including Jonny Sue-Nami, Sue-per-man and The Patrick Ewing of Suing — were hurting his feelings.

in a legal filing two weeks ago, Riches sought to intervene in the case involving Ballard, who is on death row for massacring four people in Northampton in 2010. Riches promised "newly discovered evidence" for the court's consideration and vowed to produce graphs, charts, photographs, exhibits and telephone transcripts.

He also sued the late Benazir Bhutto, Pervez Musharraf, and the Immigration and Naturalization Service on November 7, 2007, to prevent him from being deported to Pakistan and tortured upon his release from prison in March 2012.[18] There is no evidence beyond this lawsuit of any attempt to deport Riches.
On April 9, 2008, Riches filed a request for a temporary restraining order in a US District Court against Grand Theft Auto publisher Take-Two, developer Rockstar Games, FCI Williamsburg, and Grand Theft Auto itself, claiming that the defendants "put me in prison." The inmate stated, "Defendants contributed to Plaintiff committing identity theft. Defendant's games show sex, drugs and violence which offends me." Riches continued, "Defendants put me in prison. I face imminent danger from violent inmates who played Grand Theft Auto who will knock me out and take my gold Jesus cross."[19]

Riches attempted to intervene as a plaintiff in the Madoff investment scandal, claiming that he "met Bernard Madoff on eharmony.com in 2001" and taught Madoff identity theft skills.[20]

Kamran Malik holds the dubious distinction of having a civil restraint order made both against him personally and also against his political party, the Communities United Party, for shitting up the courts with lolsuits against all and sundry.

I think there's definite lolcow potential here, especially given the overlap with sovereign citizens / freemen on the land and similar groups.
