In this case he can prove damages via dropped cons and Funi so it would be easy enough to get a ball park amount due to that, and that would be before both tortuous interference are added on, and then we have the conspiracy charges that would need to be factor in, so if it's money wise you are looking at well over 1mill+ in total dmg's.

My state follows Federal style pleading about 99% of the time, so this kind of pleading in the Answer seems very strange to me. I'm used to pretty bland numbered paragraphs admitting or denying the claims in the Complaint until you get to your counterclaims.
