I do wonder though why they're going after Vinny specifically, what has he ever done that would make people want to target him? Not acknowledging trannies by being their mouthpiece to say "trans-rights"? Or just being a popular twitch stream/youtuber?

Edit: I'd also like to add that someone mentioned that Vinny only ever checks/reads his emails on Sundays, and in the allegations he sent his emails on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Vinny did somewhat have his own form of an "arch-rival" back in his early days on /v/, named Joowz/Capicoli. That guy's spent years schizoposting rumors about Vinny because he was jealous that Vinny's stream took off while his didn't.

After about one year, he and his then-girlfriend Kimmy began posting on social media that they were suddenly financially strapped after some fiasco involving them getting an apartment, and GeePM started a fundraiser period on his stream without the consent of Vinny and the others. There was plenty of evidence that he and his girlfriend were not in dire straits since GeePM actively bought old arcade equipment and video games that he could have sold if he were genuinely desperate for cash. People ratted out GeePM to Vinny, and the team quietly pulled him aside and decided to drop him from the Vinesauce inner circle, stating he could possibly rejoin in a year on their good graces. Naturally, it didn't happen and GeePM just rolled with his small following since then. He never could pull the numbers the other Vinesauce members did after he was booted off.

He only pulled the numbers he did when he was part of the team because he @everyone'd in the Vinesauce discord every time he went live. Everyone in the server complained about it and Jen (ran the server at the time) basically said fuck off he can do it if he wants to. Literally from day 1 he did everything he could to leech off of Vinesauce rather than be a contributing member and get things in return.

Even today, he continues to leech off his friends. The difference is his friend group is all leeches and are small, so when you have a pit of leeches, nothing really happens.

I will admit I was a former regular of GeePM back when he finally got inducted into the team and had his icon up on the main website. I even had several months of subs to him. But after the donation scandal, I stuck around for less than a year after it went down and then just fell off after his more crazy SJW quirks and ramblings became known on Twitter.

Fair point. Here's the archive of Vinny's post about him sleeping with Mike's then-girlfriend, and here's the original link which shows the thread still up. (I'm getting a DDOS error when I try to go to the site, but I posted this same link a few weeks ago and it worked then, so I'm sure at least one person saw it and can confirm it was indeed real.)

Proof of his hooking up is much harder to come by due to his aforementioned paranoia, but pretty much any fan pre-Twitch can tell you he was known for hitting on female fans and that there were multiple incidents where a fan he was hooking up with either let something slip or went public in an effort to shame him/brag about it. Still, if you read back through the thread from around 2019/early 2020, there was quite a bit of discussion of all of this.

That was in 2004 when he was 19, 17 years ago. He's 35 now.
