A former friend of mine who stopped speaking to me last October/November may have been catfished by someone pretending to be Vinny. She's still active in the Vinesauce community but refuses to talk about some incident.
Yes, its a constant from all the people who made claims that Vinny typed to them like the "DEE EM CEE TOO" and "BOOTY PLZZZ" voices he makes, the defense (mostly lead by Alizarin) counter this claim by posting their own emails with Vinny where he types like you would expect an english mayor to write very proper and without emojis or any weird shit, Charonian (previously a mod) is the closest person to Vinny that (so far) assures the claims are true and that is legit Vinny

I'm sorry but I find it hard to believe Vinny would go for some random they/them pronoun person with a profile filled with drug addictions and septum piercings.
Every time Vinny's talked about his sexual encounters it was women at a bar who seemed rather MILFy, so it's overall hard to believe.
Even if true, the fuck's going on? Since when are 18+ year olds not adults capable of consenting if they want to sleep with funny streamer man or not? Is this an American thing? I'll never understand Twitter's logic of "omg youre literally a pedophile if they're under 25".

People these days get off on the idea of being a hero and protecting the "oppressed". By shifting what a "consenting adult" is, it creates more victims who can be lionized and abusers who can be shit on.
This is the Mana series retroactively paying Vinny back for the "Twials of Mana" thing.

Honestly, I think these events did happen in some form (not the story these people crafted, but it's no secret Vinny has had sex with viewers), but it was all consensual.
Every single person who's "coming out" saying they were a victim are of-age, and if they really were actual victims of abuse, they'd be posting proof. The logs themselves say Vinny talked about how many of the people he'd been with were insane. Look at who's coming out saying they had sex with Vinny. They're all insane people he'd detach himself from.
They all know that any proof they have shows that they were consenting. That's why they're not posting it. Maybe he egged you on, but you gave in. That's still consent. If he kept harassing you, that's a different story, but if someone had hard evidence he was actively harassing them, they'd have posted it by now.
You can't retroactively retract consent, and that's what these people are trying to do. You can feel you were taken advantage of, but Vinny had no real power over you. He did not force you to send those nudes to him. He did not force you to have sex. He's not your boss who can fire you, he's not your landlord who can kick you out. He's a random Jabroni who plays videogames who you decided to hook up with.

The biggest claim done yet is that Vinny gave someone an STD without warning, which is an actual crime that can be fought in court, however there's no confirmation of this other than text from the google doc, all the other claims are boiled down to he hit on me, solicited nudes unprompted or he pumped and dumped me
