Viz medias official online manga reader is garbage. -

A friend of mine gave me a free subscription to the viz website which lets you read tons of manga on there which seems like a really good deal but it sucks ass compared to pirate sites. Any time there is a cut in the internet connection it wont let you read further than another page before you have to connect to let it load more. It cant just load all of the pages like a normal reader you have to be always online for it to be halfway functional. And if you leave the tab alone for too long your session will expire so you have to log in again. Plus sometimes it just straight up wont load for no real reason. Its no wonder people pirate when this is the alternative.

Only issue is the selection. They don't host official translations and it's up to individual groups if they want their work hosted there or not.

Selection's fine for me. Tend to read manga that doesn't have an official English translation, though. Sucks that an account is needed to search.
