Wade Callender is Gearbox Software's former general counsel and Randy Pitchford's former close friend. Here's the only picture I could find of him.



Gearbox software is a game development company mostly known for Borderlands 2, its shady practices surrounding another game it developed, Aliens: Colonial Marines. Randy Pitchford is the CEO of Gearbox and a notable individual in many ways, including having the honor of having his own thread here. On 11/6/2018, Gearbox software filed suit against Wade Callender alleging a number of financial woes related to him. Ironically, many of them reveal just how stupid Randy might be. Namely that he gives away company money in zero interest loans to personal friends and doesn't get them in writing. A bunch of it.

In turn on 12/21/2018 Callender returned fire with his own lawsuit. That lawsuit contains the allegations that you've all heard about, namely that Randy Pitchford essentially stole 12 Million, and exposed the company by losing a thumb drive full of private information and 'underage porn', and then destroying it before anyone else could see it, as well as a number of other dickhead moves.
