I honestly doubt a mass move though, there's about 4 users keeping the sub alive and r/waifuism itself never calls attention to any offshoot communities that might 'steal the spotlight'. As of now it's a small place for a couple of adult-aged babies to circlejerk about pillow-fucking, nothing more.

Was going to say "good on you, Niqua, for doing the right thing and getting out of those communities", but she stands as a valuable lesson as to why communities or not, there's just no hope for some of these people. I genuinely wonder how she can even live a functioning life like this. But if it ain't broke...

Look at the sub name, it's DPH. Basically, a shit ton of british benadryl. There's 16 pills there from what I counted, and Benadryl is either 25mg or 50mg. So either 400mg total or 800mg total. I'm no expert but generally amounts closer to a gram are considering lethal while under/around 500mg is for tripping. I hope it's the former 400mg as that's the lesser dangerous but judging from the title, I kind of have my doubts..
What do you do when you're genuinely really worried for a cow, but know you shouldn't contact them because it would be weening? DRL doesn't seem to have any contacts either that you could contact. The only person who springs to mind is his mother and from the post above it seems she was actively discouraging him against getting therapy. What can a kiwi do in that situation? It doesn't feel right to sit back and watch someone destroy themself with drugs and sh. Rant over. Sorry.

If he does this often he will probably be ok even with a large dose. Idk about you guys but if I wanted to an hero with drugs I'd take well over the lethal amount to be sure.
He's probably desperate but not quite of resolute mind yet. I hope he gets help.
He posts about DPH often, but also mentions mixing it with other drugs like alcohol and weed so I don't know how much he usually takes. Even with a high tolerance, 800mg is a lot to take in one sitting. I can't imagine how fucked that would make your organs. I've read on their subreddit how it can cause early dementia, so.. not good for your brain either, obviously. Things were looking kind of hopeful since he talked about going therapy but that's out of the picture again. Sorry for being weird and sappy, it's just depressing to read. I don't think anyone here wants a lolcow to actively die or kill themselves, unless it's justified, like a pedo or furry. At the end of the day an autist obsessed with xbox and buses isn't doing much harm, so it's depressing to see the cult of Waifuism exploit his mental illness, and then toss him out when he's too mental and makes them look insane.
Well can't really expect most waifuists to have good interpersonal skills. They're all over the place mentally, and even being an outside observer it can be seen how mentally corroding this shit is. Only way for this to be resolved for DRL imo is to just go cold turkey on waifuism communities and the drugs that are being used to distract from the pain, find a good therapist and lay down the foundation for independence, and opening the possibility for building an actual support system consisting of caring, functional adults who don't reinforce schizophrenia and man child behavior.
