We do have that. It's called San Francisco.

Now, instead of being a rushed through process, just killing them outright, we do it slowly over the course of years, making them work for us. We bring them in, let them believe they're revolutionaries and special snowflakes. We make them spend their money and we use them up- financially and via entertainment by making them to their futile dance of imaginary individuality.

They will sit around in their mortaged homes, counting their pills we allot them through our health care, their only plans are to watch the programming we provide them to give succor to their hollow lives.
