I prose that we have a thread were anyone can post a webm or gif that they think is funny enough to be put on the front page of the thread. For example the current Duck Tails one. Null would pick from the thread and post them, or we could have an automatic highlight based voting system. They would have to be SFW. Bonus points for them being lolcow related, and topical to current events,

A voting system would quickly degenerate into plebbit mob rule and dank maymays. We already have a surfeit of drama over useless internet stickers, imagine the faggotry if it actually applied to something that mattered. We need dear leader to play benevolent dictator curator.
