The site is having difficulties because our bandwidth is totally overextended. Our 1Gbps line is at 100% even when there aren't 8000 people on the site. We were supposed to get a second Gbps line months ago but I'm struggling to get technicians scheduled to set it up.

My current theoretical timeline for the Funi "investigation" and the early conspiracy.
Vic gets offered a director position and more prominent roles from someone in the wake of Broly, the offer is enticing enough for him to move out to Texas.
Sabat finds out and realizes that he's going to lose his ability to strangle Vic out of VA roles, as a director position will give Vic more influence and staying power - and the massive hit role of Broly risks kicking him right up into stardom (as much as an anime VA can have).
Sabat has an emergency meeting about what to do.
Monica, who has the longest history with Vic and lots of brownie points to cash in with the community offers (or is assigned) to come up with a story to ruin Vic.
Kickvic kicks off the day of Broly's release. Most likely this is orchestrated somehow, given the Marzgurl-ANN connection, and the fact that people like Monica like/retweet Hanleia's totally stupid tweet (perhaps Hanleia's stupid is completely organically grown, but it's used as the foundation for the completely inorganic hashtag and ensuing furor).
Behind the scenes, Monica sends an email or phonecall to either Tammi Denbow or Colleen Clickenbeard with a variation of her kiss sob story. They believe her - charitably, Colleen has been friends with Monica so long that she absolutely believes Monica, and thus she vouches for her with Tammi. Technically, the assault didn't happen on Funimation property nor on their time, though, so firing him over that story alone might be a hard sell, given he was being considered for promotion and just had a hit movie.
ETA: most likely given what Chuck says Gen said, Sabat vouched for Monica's reliability in some way just to grease the wheels.
Thus, Tammi and/or Colleen wisely decide to start an investigation into Vic to see if there's anything else they can use. (Alternatively if Sabat thinks he's hot stuff enough, he could have included an investigation on purpose for later defamation, but that's being too charitable to Sabat's cleverness) The investigation turns up three other stories of note - the Jellybean story (a second Monica event) that could be construed to happen while they were 'representing' Funimation, the kiss story that happened on Funimation property (provided by Monica), and the Twins' story (who conveniently lived with Monica) that could also be construed to somehow impact Funimation's image.
Because it's an official investigation, they have to contact Vic about these stories. He denies them.
It doesn't matter, Tammi was already going to recommend firing because of the hotel room story. Thus, she says that the accusations are 'credible' and immediately recommends his termination. Funimation is in such a hurry to kick him out that they don't bother to follow their own procedure to do so and just call him to inform him. They make sure to tell Vic not to contact any of the women involved.
Funimation leaks the firing to ANN immediately after telling Vic that they'll keep it confidential.
Rooster Teeth laughs off the accusations on Twitter at this point and tell Vic they don't believe a word of it, don't worry.
Monica emails Rooster Teeth with the same sob story she used in Funimation, begging them to fire him because she can't work in GEN;lock if he's voicing someone in their company at all. "Also pls don't tell Vic, he emailed me and harassed me after the Funimation investigation, I don't feel safe!"
RT fires Vic and very professionally refuses to tell him why. Monica emails them again, patting them on the back for doing the right thing, and they email back their sympathies for what she had to go through.
Monica starts harassing Tammi Denbow freaking out because Funimation's promise to keep the investigation and firing situation confidential is preventing her from talking about it properly, so she's getting attacked and harassed on twitter and literally having a mental break. She's in fear for her life. People want to kill her! Please, Funimation has to let her say something! Also Funimation needs to say something! Pretty please!!!!! (probably she has similar emails to RT, since they also make a public statement)
Funimation tweets out, breaking their confidentiality promise and defaming Vic, causing a cascade of con removals.
Somewhere along this time, Ron and Monica contact cons via text, offering or threatening sponsorships of either Funimation or Tuttle, spreading the insane hotel accusation and then adding 'but please don't tell, keep it our special secret, you'll interfere with the criminal investigation that's definitely happening right now'.
During all this, Marchi is on Twitter pissing people off and organizing a discord for people who want to make up their own Vic stories, including Jessie Pridemore and Emmett Plant.
Sabat is meanwhile in the background orchestrating the Funimation TI that Monica and Ron can't and whipping his VAs into shape, ensuring no one speaks up in Vic's defense and as many people as possible join in with 'supporting' Monica. He supports her himself as well, including saying 'the only bus running over Vic is one he did to himself'. He backs all the way off and goes silent once #istandwithvic starts to pick up speed and idiots like Samantha start screwing things up.

Is there any info on hazuraki? Pics, screencaps, like a general rundown on who he is and what he did? All I heard was that he raped boys and was a mainstay on the con circuit?

Nick suggests something is going to happen next week which would bring Marchi back into the lawsuit. This could be an attempt to discredit whatever comes out.

I think another point worth considering is that Vic getting a Director spot at Funi might have seemed awful for a lot of the VA that have come out as KV. He's known for wanting to do re-recordings for line takes he didn't think were up to his own standard which apparently annoyed some of the other VA, I could seem him being a strict director in that regard. He would probably push for a high quality standard on shows which a lot of those lazy VA that just phone it in would hate. Maybe they were also worried about Vic becoming a director and creating another faction in Funi, he seems popular enough to do it, that would put their own little clique in trouble with his, especially why Sabat wouldn't want him back. Vic becoming a director had the possibility of shaking up that cozy little cesspit they've made for themselves at Funi.
I can't personally comment on recent Dub quality coming out from Funi since I stopped watching dubs a long time ago, but one of the major reasons I switched to subs in the late 2000s - early 2010s was that I felt there was a steep quality drop going on. Someone more knowledgeable than me can give a more informed opinion on the state of current Funi dubs, from the small clips I see they come off as stale and lacking in any kind of character when compared the the original japanese VA.

Honestly, there's not a whole lot left around of him online. ANN pretty much scrubbed everything about him, and (for obvious reasons) he's been pretty much radio silent since the accusations. I think some of it might be archived in the ANN thread in this section of KF.
He was pretty much just one of those guys who's in the fandom (I believe he was a con panelist of some sort) and attempted to ingratiate himself with the movers and shakers of the industry. Among other things, he was an occasional contributor to ANN and used that to get into industry parties hosted by ANN. Allegedly, he would entice women with his connections, get them drunk and sexually assault them.
The accusations against him came out mere days before the whole Vic thing broke, and conveniently the whole issue became way less important.

Look I get it, Armzgurl. KV wanted a video similar to the Fist of the North Star one for ISWV, that's understandable. But why, of all choices to sing over, did you go with one of the most popular (if not *the* most popular) anime songs of all time? Don't you know that there would be many people that would hate you just for butchering the song like that, regardless of what side (if any) they're on? It'd be one thing if you had any singing talent (or if it was at least in your god damned vocal range) but that definitely isn't the case, so everyone is treated to this off-pitch disaster.

Imagine the quality of their general releases to be "meh" all around since their late-2000s output, only now they are working with rushed simul-dub production schedules, and have that ever present tinge of current year SJW mixed in for cringey measure. Naturally, it is the Japanese source material/fans which suffer most, and I VERY much doubt the original creators would sign off on half of the shit Funi has edited if they were actually aware of the changes.
Have a taste of a few clips from the infamous Hajimete dub. All taken from about 5 minutes in just 1 episode.
For your information the source material to the anime above was in fact, a LN, and the show was created to promote that very LN in Japan. Funimation's edit doesn't just shit on the very LN fans who would be watching the show, it does so all while using SOMEONE ELSE'S CREATION to push their fucking SJW politics...

It gets better. Shortly after they started collecting names, someone added another Autism News Network staff member to that list. Their response was more hoes mad than victims deserve to be heard and believed
Same guy later said there were worse people than Vic in the industry, but that ANN weren't going to out them.

Still catching up on pages so not sure if anyone told you yet, but the reason why the judge didn't want to take this as tortious interference is because
1) Vic was reinvited to KC
And 2) Ty only had proof that one con had canceled vic because Ron and Monica interfered.
I know there was a line in his texts where Ron claimed that he and Monica were calling up other cons but that doesn't constitute as proof that they actually did. We don't know if Ty had evidence of other cons either so he probably boomered on that and can't do much now due to the discovery stay.
IMO, Vic needs to let Ty go all out instead of worrying about not hurting his 'friend's' feelings and Ty needs to calm down with the Twitter and stream appearances, pull his socks up and lace up his ass kicking boots.
Hopefully the appeals go through or else Vic is going to have to pay for everyone's legal fees and you know if that happens, J Sean and the other lawyers are going to lie about their fees so that all of the GFM money plus extra is expended.
This waiting around for the other TCPAs is annoying and boring.
