I still don't understand how the fuck he was able to tout himself as an expert for all these years, since until a few months ago, he's NEVER won any TCPA cases before.

Is this even true? I haven't seen a full list of cases he's been involved in. Presumably he could have won on the motion and not been lead counsel or otherwise involved in the case or mentioned in the appeal, where he'd only be on the caption if he was counsel on appeal and wouldn't be mentioned in the text of the decision unless he was relevant somehow.

A CHILD rapist who has been caught with prohibited images of children for a second time has again been spared jail.
Matthew Burren, 22, who served time for the sickening sex attack on a five-year-old, was also found to be contacting children online,
which he is banned from doing.
Burren also had a computer and hard drive which he kept secret from the authorities who were monitoring his activity.
Burren was on licence following a jail term for child rape when he was spared return to custody in 2011
after being found a with sexualised line drawings of children.

Claire Marlow, prosecuting, told Swindon Crown Court that because he was put on a sexual offences prevention order,
meaning his computer use was monitored.
She said in January last year some screen captures caused concern so the following month
an officer went to view the internet history on his machine.
Because of problems with the computer it had to be taken away and in July another search at his home found a laptop
and external hard drive he had not told anyone about.

When all had been analysed she said a number of prohibited images were found in the form of Japanese cartoons depicting sexual acts.
It was also discovered that he had been viewing pornography, which he is banned from doing, and also contacting children online.
"There were chat logs from Skype and Facebook that indicated he had been in contact with persons under the age of 16," she said.

Burren, of Willowherb Close, Haydon Wick, admitted possessing prohibited images of children and twice breaching a sexual offence prevention order.
He was made subject to the order in November 2011 when he had the vile drawings while on extended licence for a child rape committed when he was 12.
Ronan McCann, defending, said about 45 images had been recovered from a remote hard drive showing images of Japanese animation.
He said his client, who has Asperger's syndrome and a severe stammer, had pleaded guilty on the basis that only five of the pictures represented indecent images of children.

The breach of the sexual offences prevention order, he said, was brought about by him contacting other people, mainly abroad, who were playing a computer game.
"It seems this is a man who has continued to struggle with his sexual identity and come to terms with it," he said.
He said his stammer was so pronounced it made normal day to day interaction with other people almost impossible and he also had 'pervasive development disorder'.
Urging the court not to jail him but to allow him to get help he said "It is quite clear he is willing to engage and wants to change.
"It seems these are offences committed by a man locked in his own room with no external contact."
Passing sentence, Recorder Ian Lawrie QC said: "You are clearly a deeply troubled, deeply complex and fractured individual."
He said any jail term would not give him the help he needed and he would impose a suspended which would leave at large any jail term he could impose if he failed.
"I hope this order will give you the necessary hope you have not had in any constructive form before today," he said
In 2011 Burren was put on a two-year community order with supervision and ordered he live at the hostel with 24-hour monitoring and support and to attend a special school.
On that occasion the judge heard that as well as probation intervention since his release he had also been subject to multi-agency public protection arrangements.

A CHILD rapist who is banned for life from deleting her internet history had porn sites bookmarked on her PlayStation, a court heard.
But magistrates stopped short of jailing Alex Smith, who is in the process of transitioning from man to woman.
Smith, 26, of Beaulieu Close, Toothill, who changed her name by deed poll from Matthew Burren, admitted breaching the terms of a sexual harm prevention order made at Swindon Crown Court in 2015.
Emma Charleton, prosecuting, said the terms of that order banned Smith from deleting her internet history or using software designed to hide what websites she had visited.

Police had been made aware in May this year that Smith had attempted to log onto the internet with her web browser in “incognito” mode.
When officers visited her home they also found a PlayStation 4 games console. There was no internet history saved on the device, but a number of pornographic websites bookmarked, indicating that the browsing history had been deleted or otherwise not saved.

Smith admitted she had been looking at pornographic websites but could not be sure the images she was looking at were illegal.
The SHPO was made in 2015, after Smith – then known as Matthew Burren – was caught with prohibited images of children a second time and had been contacting children online.
As a 12-year-old, she served time for a sickening sex attack on a five-year-old boy. In 2011, she was given a community order after being found with sexualised drawings of youngsters.
Defending, Philip Hall said Smith had deleted her PS4’s internet history for the simple reason that the browser’s history was full. His client had a “fascination with Japanese animations” which some might regard as pornographic, but which would not give rise to a criminal charge.
He said a probation report had painted a “most bleak vista” of Smith’s existence: “There is little positive in Miss Smith’s life. Other things being equal she will keep herself out of harm’s way – out of everyone else’s way save when required [by the authorities].”

Smith had a severe stutter, suffered from Asperger’s syndrome and “couldn’t possibly do any kind of physical grooming” of children. She had sought assistance from mental health charity Mind.
Magistrates sentenced Smith to a two year community order with 30 rehabilitation days, ordering she pay £85 costs and a £90 victim surcharge.
Hatty Stafford-Charles, chairman of the bench, said: “You now certainly know a bit of deleting because you’ve run out of room is not acceptable and the police are going to bring you in.”

The gutless, shitty little worms don't even have to say that. They could just list the objective fact that he's been literally fucking arrested and charged with it, recite some pabulum about innocent until proven guilty if they felt they had to, and move on. They could pay a couple hundred dollars for an hour of a lawyer's time to make sure it wasn't actionable.

The fact is these gutless cocksucking pukes saw an opportunity to virtue signal for SJW approval when it was Vic, and this VP is a gigantic black eye to them they're afraid of. They're absolutely shitty garbage people and they will all burn in hell.

Since they were so eager to defend him without doing their research, they literally protected a child rapist.
How can you be this dumb?

So I did the sensible thing, I created a Twitter account,
which will tag everybody that I found defending him and they will be linked to this dox.

There's so much more:
His Reddit history is such a trash fire, the same goes for his Fanfiction account.
He seems to be hated by the Roleplay community etc.
All this is way too much for one post.
