Stupid question here, but if KickVic clearly hates Vic and Nick Rekieta's guts... Why do they watch their livestreams? You would normally think that the sane option for them would be to simply not watch their content. But no, they have to clip things and make them sound significantly worse than they actually are.

They have nothing better to do.

Japan is too busy trying to keep out the sjw nonsense out of their country, I assume the only time they pay attention to the outside is for the money or watch out for the next impending sjw attack against them.

A classic example of "rules for thee but not for me."
The only Japanese that seem to care about SJW bullshit are the ones trying to move to America, like Sony.

Most of KV never watches Nick's stream and that's from Nick himself. One or two do,clip a soundbite and they go shit up the internet with distorted trash. The rest of those faggots just repeat the same old thing over and over..Most of them just live on Twitter and act as if they know the facts like Marzgurl. Make that Jupiter girl for extreme fatness. The rest just follow like sheep.

Vic was never being sued so he can't be found guilty or Innocent. His lawsuit against his accusers was thrown out under TCPA. At the moment it is legal in Texas to sabotage someone's job opportunities. This decision is still currently under review by an appeals court.

Only if it's upheld. Chupp is a trial court judge and his blatherings are binding upon nobody. The fact that he offered no legal reasoning for his decision also means there'd be nothing to follow even if someone wanted to.

The last tweet they made

"There is no reason for them to. Vic got conned into ruining his own career by a couple of grifters in Nick and Ty. He owes over 400k, when he could have paid a decent pr firm less than an eighth of that, and be hired somewhere by now."
"No, they did not. You can stop lying at any point, but I can see after 2 and a half years you won't. The court found evidence to back my position, and will most likely find the way I predict in appeals. Your fantasy of what should have happened in court was not reality."

Why is Vic wanting the tweet taken down so alien to them?

The courts can only give money. They can't force Funimation to take down the tweet, or make Ron apologize, or whatever. That's compelled speech, which flies in the face of the first amendment. So all Vic can possibly ask for is money.

What can happen, is Funi is looking at a possible 1 million bill, and decide, you know, maybe just taking down the tweet would be the smarter financial move.
