It's not like soy is known for building muscle mass. Any paper claiming that it does always had a small number of people taking it and reads as pretty biased. Soy is a low quality complete protein and may even inhibit muscle growth.

Honestly I should have known that the Voice Actor Community was cancerAIDS from the start.
There is a lot of heavy nepotism,drama and groupthink between them as I had a VoiceActingAlliance account that kinda kept track of that shit back when I wanted to be a part of that community like a decade ago.

The VoiceActingAllliance community was always something of a trashfire.
It was mostly made up of weebs who wanted to work in the anime dubbing industry and nothing else. That's why most of the projects on that site were abridged series and fandubs of whatever anime was popular at that time. Anything original/different got little to no attention.
The reason it fell apart was because the admins and mods simply stopped caring about the site to the point that they were barely active on it (Some of them were starting to work in the industry). As a result, people eventually just stopped posting on there because there was nothing left. The website officially shut down in 2017.
