Dunno, when kickvic started he was just rude to con staff and handsy-feely-kissy with fans (teens included). Then he has sex with fans, rapes fans, rapes the other guests and his coworkers and now people are more afraid of his predatory instinct than a goddamn bomb threat. It's probably only because the Funi VA's have been so loud during all of this that the smaller RT's VA's noise has been drowned out to an extent. Sonny has backed off when Twitter really turned against kickvic, recently re-followed Vic, and has been noticed liking some pro-Vic posts and stuff like that. My guess is that he is someone being strong-armed by Sabat or Iago but doesn't want to light his public image on fire either.

He always seemed like an all right guy, so i was a little sad how he went with KickVick's side at first, even knowing his history of...well, you could call it friendship, with Vic. That Voice of Iago is a whole other issue. I've argued it's possible that Ty/Nick got the voice of Iago and Igor confused. That said, still convinced it's Sabat. The key identifier to Iago is that they haven't outright ousted themselves as KickVic. Something Sabat has made possible by making absolutely minimal comments on the whole ordeal. You'd be hard pressed to find some tangible evidence that he's KickVic apart from what we've heard from Nick. Also, they mentioned that Iago has hiring and firing power. The ANN guy may have influence over cons but not over Funi. It makes more sense that this would be Sabat as he is a legitimate ADR for dragonball and he offers OkraTron "OtakuTron" 5000 to Funi to do their voice recording in.

Quite a few scenarios/theories on this one

• They told him to take a hike after last year's KC fiasco with Kelamis which is why they've doubled the amount of Goku's this year.
• He might've been asked to attend but he refused due to the whole Vic situation, Can't be sued for breaching a contract if there is no contract.
• They'll announce him as a VIP ticket exclusive or some crap within the next few days, i think they pulled something similar last year too around the time of the Kelamis incident

I mean, the last one is quite plausible considering that he IS the current english Goku VA. No offence to Kirby, Kelamis and Corlett, but wasn't the last time they voiced Goku like well over a decade ago? They might be the favored version to us but newbies or those that didn't catch their versions of the dubs are going to favor schemmel more as he would be the only voice they heard.

Either way I dont think he has a problem with Kelamis anymore. Could just be publicity, but both of them and Drummond took a selfie when they went out for drinks. He's also "publically" announced that he had misconceptions about them and has since worked out "his issues" with them. As much as I hate giving publicity to Geekdom, his interview with Sean gives a look under the hood into Sean's madness. I have a feeling it'll depend on how buddy-buddy they actually are with Funimation/Sabat. That being said, TFS is (probably) smart enough to see the backlash KickVic's been getting, so the odds of them not saying anything are pretty good.
