EDIT: Looks like he's settled on Sims 3 and Fact Zone.


He's opened voting, so I figure it's time to open a thread.

Among the potential game choices, some of the most promising for me are the political simulator and Crusader Kings. Both require a level of intellectual finesse, strategy, cunning and interpersonal skills that Jace lacks completely (especially Crusader Kings, where the core gameplay mechanic is Machiavellian plotting) and both have pretty steep learning curves with UI's that would frustrate and confuse Jace to no end. If Fact Zone is any indication his time with Political Simulator would be pretty fucking funny, and I wouldn't mind seeing him get invaded by Muslims in Crusader Kings.

Of course, he also added two options that are very exciting: "The Sims 3: Jack Stryker's Final Days" (which I presume would consist of him either desperately trying to fix all his life's failures before he dies, or just living out his homeless retirement, waiting for death after he realized he couldn't kill himself) and "The Sims 3: Jack Stryker's Origin Story, Child to Adult" which would be Stryker's childhood, or much more likely, Jace's childhood and high school years with a MASSIVE dose of revisionist history - until it all goes wrong, inevitably.

I can't disagree with you there, I mean, it was funny at first with Katawa Shoujo, but kind of got old after that. But, you know, that game's got too much reading in it, and reading is gay.

But maybe if you ask nicely, I'll livestream it for you instead someday

I wish Democracy 3 was on their instead of political simulator, Every time I play that game as a super libertarian leader of the USA I get assassinated by black people. It would be great because Jace would probably say nigger and then go on a tirade about how he's not a racially motivated gamer; although there's an equally funny possibility he'd think they are Ismals because it just says "racial minorities", even though all the representatives are black..

I actually get assassinated all the time in that game. My most successful run I've had was enacting the policies of Hitler in Germany. The liberals eventually got me though.

I'm hoping for Sims 3 or ARMA. I think Jace's PreTSD ARMA flip-outs are gold.

EDIT: MGS2 Would also be a great one, it's harder than 3 and about 30 minutes in you switch from playing as manly badass Solid Snake to Raiden, the effete girly man with long platinum blond hair and a skin tight cat suit. Jace would be mad as fuck if he can get that far. I don't think Jace has played MGS2 before so it would be a great surprise for him.

Yeah MGS2 is my favorite game in the series just because the entire thing is a crazy-elaborate postmodern troll by Kojima. The Arsenal Gear chapter especially is pretty much designed to fuck with the player in every way possible and make them feel like a total helpless idiot rather than a master badass Specop agent or whatever. I really want to witness Jace attempting to desperately cling to his STRYKER persona in the game as the entire fantasy slowly eats itself alive right in front of his eyes.

Of course that being said I still have to vote for Jack Stryker's childhood because seriously, The Sims 3 is the undisputed king of Jace's livestream games. We've had three (four?) Sims livestreams, all of them three-four hours long, and it has shown no sign whatsoever of getting old. The Jack Stryker saga is his masterpiece, his Mona Lisa.

According to twitter, Jace is going to debating some 'Twitter nerd' whose been bashing him on Fact Zone so I say its safe to say there will be another Fact Zone segment.

As for games, I think its been long enough that another Sims 3 stream would be golden. Those Sims 3 streams are still my favorite of Jace's, even without the psychotic breaks that always occurred at the climax.
