Well, i don’t think I’m exactly dieting, I’m trying to help ease my depression/paranoia. I read online that your diet is directly linked to your brain, and I’ve been eating really bad the past...year or so, and my mental state has really gone downhill. So I’ve been eating mainly “clean” (reading ingredients, avoiding lots of processed stuff or things without nutritional gain) for a week or so, I feel somewhat of a difference so far. I know if I keep this up I’ll lose weight, which would be beneficial and I’m sure would help my state of mind even more. I pretty much got to one of the lowest points I’ve experienced, and figured if I didn’t take action, something bad would’ve happened. Doing nothing was no longer a choice for me.
