2 minutes into the video and she's talking about her period - because she's fat "it's hormonal" and gets her period rarely but when she lost the famous 89 lbees, she got her period for 2 months straight. she went to the doctor (lol) and it was during the virgina time. now she's said she's breaking out because she's losing weight and she had her period twice this month and the first time was for 6 hrs. becky looks very grossed out and annoyed by this conversation.
amber is at 464.9 and she started crying because she hasn't been in the 460's forever, the last time she was in the 460's it was literally for one day and it was because she was on a weight loss pill that raised her blood pressure. becky is at 254.2.

I am certified in the period arena. I have a entire practice dedicated to vaginas, hormones, periods, and babies. I stayed this to her SEVERAL times and for her to see a doctor. She is stating that she has a period because she feels like it's due to weight loss and it's a rare occurrence. Its a trophy for her. Secondly, she is not on her period. A period is 28 days long where you ovulate. Amber does not ovulate. Estrogen is both good and bad. The type of estrogen Amber has is ZENOEStrogen or SUPER ESTROGEN. It is 100x more potent than human estrogen. This comes from food, enviorment, plastic, cosmetics, and things like perfumes and wax melts. The ZENOEStrogen blocks all hormone reproduction functions, screw with the pituitary, and is stored in the fat usually because the liver can only filter so much out. There is no way in he'll Ambers eggs are maturing enough to ovulate. No way in hell. Her uterus has been sitting there filled with the same batch of blood for God knows how long. It doesn't release because of the severe overload of toxins and hormones in her body so it shuts down. This leads to increased infertility and chances of cervical or ovarian cancer. The only time she will bleed is if she consumes large amounts of these synthetic estrogens at once( binge eating) the spike is so high, the blood sugar rises and the liver can't handle both high insulin levels and estrogens so the estrogen gets filtered into the fat later or it will directly trigger panic, releasing cortisol and a side effect in obese women is bleeding. Thays why she has sporadic bleeding . Its a warning sign of a failing endocrine system and liver. I put this in lame mans terms, hope it kinda helped.

Sort of related, and I mean its the Daily Mail but I saw this and thought of AL. It's a woman who was 500 lbs, and lost 350. With photos of her before skin surgeries. So, its not impossible for AL (or anyone).

You don't get a period for a few hours. That is called breakthrough bleeding, which is not a period because your uterus isn't shedding it's lining. It can be caused by having messed up hormones, usually while pregnant or on birth control, or by other health issues that should be addressed by a doctor. In Al's case, it is a result of being super morbidly obese. Her body is under so much stress that it simply can't regulate her hormones or menstruate properly. The body prioritizes functions, if it's under stress it will stop menstruating, stop growing hair, stop growing nails, etc in an effort to save energy. The same thing happens with anorexics.
Also, there is no such thing as a stomach flu, and the south is not the only place where stupid people call it the stomach flu. Viruses that cause GI upset are incorrectly called the stomach flu everywhere. This reminds me of how Al insists on mispronouncing words because "that's just how I say it y'all".

Those aren't her cheekbones Becky, it's fat. Those aren't her true features poking through. Even if she lost all the weight, her face will most likely look like this woman from My 600lb Life. I don't think Amber understands the meaning of irreversible damage.

Interesting. When she was bleeding 2 months straight I think most women would be concerned with losing iron or just concerned in general because what woman likes being on their period for 2 months. But AL probably doesn't know that. She really acts like a teenager just discovering things in life. Someone said she was in special ED in school, is that true? Not to knock special ed kids but just the way she is so slow to understand things.
Say that you want, she still lost the weight. And while that woman isn't exactly a super model, she is leaps and bounds more attractive than any obese moon face.
It's pretty jarring though- that Becky doesn't even really know what Al really looks like. At her weight you cant make any real features out aside from her tiny mouth and tiny eyes.
