Per BMR calculator: 5'3"; 28 year-old female, 531 lbs = 3,755 calories per day to maintain.

Amber didn't lose any weight, and giving her the benefit of the doubt and believing her numbers, she didn't gain this week. She "maintained" this week. That means she ate 3,755 calories every day last week.

e: I just realized why she's on ask.fm so much lately. she's home alone while becky is constantly on food runs for her

It really is incredible how little attention Amber pays to Becky in the segment where she's talking about not drinking enough water like.... girl just interrupts her, fiddles with the camera, checks herself out in the viewfinder; why even bother to ask her about what she has(n't) achieved since she clearly does not care, and is champing at the bit to say her piece? Maybe it's just me but Becks looks..... significantly more miserable than usual in this vid, particularly dejected and despondent, idk.

AL's setting herself up for failure yet again with her 2K kcal plan like.... she's been eating enough to grow and maintain her monstrous size so what on earth makes her think drastic , restrictive change which she herself has said is bad for her will be achievable for her???

This fucking cunt has the audacity to complain about how overwhelming it is to have to count Becky's calories for her. Just another classic example of Big Al setting up the next reason for failure.
Considering how Amber portions her food intake, I would question her ability to count calories properly since her perception is so warped.

I think the people who aren't almost 600 lbs might know more than you, gorl.
I mean, intermittent fasting (or intermediate fasting as Eric believes it's called) is a thing and it can be really effective if done correctly. Typically breakfast is the meal to be cut for someone who does 16/8 daily fasting. The thing is, and this is why it will never work for her, is that you have to be really strict with your schedule. You have to really adhere to it, not just spend most of it asleep, skip a meal, eat whatever and then when your 8 hour eating window is closed decide that a cheeky Reece's cup is no problem. It also helps to exercise when you're in your fasting period and we all know that shit ain't happening.
