Looking around online a bit it seems that you can make chicken salad with sour cream instead of mayo. Probably gonna make that in the next week or so


Demiglass is an expensive and kind of a pain in the ass sauce to make, but I get the sweats every time I watch this Japanese guy make a plate of omurice.

Yeah damn. I can barely flip over a normal egg to get it properly baked on both sides without tearing it. This looks like magic to me.

probably going to cut up that pork loin and do it as chops in a pan instead of a roast in the oven
