I think it's there to signify that the post is a "bait post", or a post that is specifically written to get people worked up. It's actually quite funny.

It's mostly a way to tell people seeing it that they are stupid. this can be avoided by using the dark theme (lower left of your screen)

Thanks for the responses. I didn't want to get rid of it, I was just sure there was a joke involved as the post I saw it on was an obvious shitpost.

The fish hooks are a random feature, they don't really mean anything.

It also means you're not using Kiwi.X Dark. In which case, your opinion is worthless.

Since we're talking about the hooks not showing up on the best skin, I should point out that I could see them on Kiwi.X Dark for awhile when Likeicare first appeared. Very peculiar.
