To be honest, i have no problems with anonymous imageboards and forums as long as they aren't posting illegal shit.

Their site format is so outdated even since I had internet in 2009 I never understood how it functions. Some people in it take its "community culture" way too seriously, and the anonymous nature of it gives freedom to be as hateful and snarky as humanly possible (especially /v/ and lolcow.farm) and that doesn't seem to be healthy on the long run.
I hope they have fun though.

I stopped posting there once Hiroyuki Nishimura bought the site because of what he did with 2channel, though I still like to lurk on 4chan from time to time.

I remember Mister Metokur making a video mentioning this as well.

I think they're interesting. I mean, remove a face from a person, and what you are left with is who they really are.
What gets me really pissed though is that they really like to pretend that they're not a hivemind like 'leddit' or any other social network. Like come on, every community, anonymous or not, is a huge circlejerk because, well, it's what it's supposed to be: it's a group of like-minded people.
