Illusion of Gaia for the SNES. An old gem of an RPG I'm glad to have at least come back to after dropping it years ago.
I liked the witness but the sense of smugness bothered me. In some parts it gave me the sense that puzzles were made so that you had to take out pen and paper to crack it. Fuck you Jonathan Blow, that's a cheap Phil Fish move, so out of sheer spite I cracked that shit in my head. Unless I missed an introduction to some puzzles and went where I shouldn't have been, never finished the game. The Witness. It's a pretty neat puzzle game but it basically doesn't have a story and the ending is just kind of there. Still, I'd say it's probably worth playing if you like those sort of games, especially with how creative it is with using the environment around you in the puzzles.

And holy shit do not get me started on The Marauder. Half an hour of trying to cheese his AI and 5 brain aneurysms later I figured out a decent strategy, but further encounters remained just as stroke inducing as the first.
