I'll keep quinoa in mind if I end up with some floating aroundDoes your meatloaf hold together without a binder (ie eggs)? You mentioned a gluten allergy in the thread, I've had amazing results with quinoa in lieu of bread crumbs.
They bind okay but nothing amazing, but my mom never used egg so I'm not that hyped about if it holds together so much or not.
Sorta counts as cooking: I took those horrible Whiskey Bourbon Bacon sausages I recently got from Aldi that were fucking awful, chopped it up, drowned it in salsa, microwaved it in ceramics with a cover to heat it, and it wasn't too awful with beer.
