Bingo! That's her biggest issue. She sets a "goal" calorie count, but she sees it as something she has to attain. She just has to get those last 50 calories in. She has to get at least that many calories as opposed to that is the limit and it's cool to get below it.100kcal pudding is a better choice than the crap she's been eating, but yet again she's got that idea that she has these calories 'left' to fill, so she goes for 3.
There's simply no way she's going to stick to any of this. Her 'good' times are too strict for her, she never portions correctly to count and not eating for hours after you wake up (I refuse to write 'in the morning' for her) is just asking for night binges. Jesus fuck I'm sick of this. It's not as hard as you're making it gorl, stop trying 'outsmart' your program.
