Do she and Becky ever eat together. Maybe she eats in the middle of the night when Becky and everyone else in the world is sleeping. She looks so terrible. She takes no pride in her appearance. I am surprised she is not a drug addict or alcoholic. She is definitely addicted to food and shopping. It must really suck being her. It makes my head spin.

She and Becky do not often like the same foods, so they often cook their own shitty meals separately, instead of cooking one compromise meal that contains elements they both like so they can eat together like a couple instead of eating apart, at whatever time, like a couple of roommates.

Wow, the comment section is really optimistic. She always finds a way to reel people back in. One positive video and people are like "yas gorl". People acting like this is any different than what she has done before. Next week she'll be back to excuses and blameen her audience.

People on weight watchers and similar programs low-key piss me off. You want to better your health and lose weight so badly you will pay a company to do all the work for you and hold your hand, but not do things for free that have the same results: Counting calories, managing carbs or portion sizes, working out.

They want it so bad but are still putting in the bare minimum to do so, and will more than likely blimp back up after they stop paying for it. Fuck your points, put the fork down Amber.

The points equate to about 4,500 calories a day. While not a very accurate calorie counting system, WW is still based on calories, with one point bring very roughly the equivalent of around 50 calories. I know it makes no sense at all with the zero calorie foods, but I have certainly seen it work out that way when calorie tracking is being used used alongside the point calculators. Mind you at the rate she'd potentially drop weight, it'll take her a decade to lose what she needs to get to a healthy weight range...plus she has to drop points (or calories) as her weight drops. She'd see that as a punishment for losing weight and not something to look forward to.

There is no way she is going to lose weight eating that quantity of food.

Believe it or not, she probably could, but she can't go over, and we all know by now that ALR eats to her daily
limits at a minimum, and usually under calculates because she doesn't weigh ingredients or accurately track them meaning she eats well over her allowed allowances. Having a recent MSHPL binge I noticed Dr Now even determines maintenance calories at around 10 calories per pound. In ALR's case the 90 points would still have her at a very rough 1000 calorie deficit a day (or predicted 2 lb loss per week). Could she lose more...absolutely. Will she ever lose more through any kind of planned calorie control...no way in Hell.

That's exactly what she was doing with the chicken sausage and broccoli abomination. There's nothing inherently wrong with some of her massive servings other than the food is boring, loaded with salt, and looks so bad even a starving animal would turn nose and run from it. She'd actually be well served by throwing out all her family size serving bowls etc and only keeping normal size crockery to eat off. That would actually help her to adjust to more normal portion sizes, and slow her meals down as she had to keep going back for extra servings.

Instead of talking to a medical specialist, she talked to a Weight Watcher salesman/woman who made her bought a trolley load of snacks.

So, if she's 'fasting' for 16 hours per day, why did she put several snacks in a plastic bag for the evening in the longer video? That doesn't fit together.

(Additionally, if she has whatever (7?) points for snacks, why not just have 7 points of actual food instead of nutrition-less bagged snacks? How about some tuna and veggies? How about a baked potato? How about something that might stave off hunger and provide some vitamins and minerals?)

I'm definitely in the go fast or go home school when it comes to weightloss. Work hard, get it over and done with while seeing rapid results...but...there has to still be a plan for a complete turn around in diet and lifestyle if the weightloss will be sustained life long. There are actually many medical studies now that show the fast weightloss diets to be a really good option, as the rewards come quickly and motivate further loss. The diet just can't come to an abrupt stop once the desired weightloss has been achieved.

She didn't talk to anyone...WW is all online these days. She's bought boxes of WW snacks in the past. Anyone can do it, you don't even need to be a member of WW. Hell you can even buy many varieties at the supermarket. Amber does this for convenience and to make herself look good, as in organised for the snacking eventuality. The truth is she'd be just as well served buying the actual non-WW branded junkfood from the supermarket, and she'd no doubt like it more than the cardboard shit she just paid 4x more for.

She'll be off track by the weekend at best, and all those idiots in her comments who think "this will be the time she does it!" will be crushed. As usual.

I'm kind of thinking right now just how much her stomach is stretched out, and just how long it would take for her body to generate the noise it would need to in order to get her attention to stop shoving food down her piehole, and I'm a little horrified by both.

I'm so tired of this bitch acting like weight loss is some big mysterious secret. She's so morbidly obese, literally all she has to do is eat clean and move more. Like it's not a secret, bodybuilders in particular have to lose weight frequently for competitions and shit and do it without whining. No bullshit Jenny Craig or WW, just cutting out the carbs and processed garbage food.

Remember her last thing was that she's apparently done with diets and she was finally going to do what the last WL surgeon said and get therapy and a dietician? She said WLS was her only hope at this point. LOL. My guess is she decided once again to avoid psychotherapy and attempt WW for the 500th time instead.

Still no professional help. Nothing has changed. I'll give it a week max, but even that's being generous.

After hearing Amber describing this new round of WW I feel like I understand it even less than I already do (which is minimal admittedly). So they introduced the points system, presumably to simplify calorie counting because small numbers are easier to keep track of big numbers. But then they introduced "zero point" foods (I personally think this is dumb btw), which you can eat and not count to your points but if you eat more than a portion then they have points...(?) Then they introduced three different plans in which different foods are zero points?

Holy shit my head hurts.

Why are these people overcomplicating weight loss so damn much? I almost think that WW doesn't want their customers to succeed and rely on delusional fat people like Amber to make a profit because they're these plans enable them to feel like they're doing something while not really being effective so they'll keep coming back. Counting calories is simple, effective and does away with all these unnecessary bullshit. Which by the way I don't ever remember seeing Amber do. She has a MFP, just buy a fucking food scale and a few cups and measuring spoons.
