Getting pregnant naturally will be illegal because all males will have the sex change surgery removed. so if someone still had a penis it would always be legally considered rape so if a man got a woman pregnant the man would be sent to prison for rape and would have the sex change surgery will in prison because he was supposed to have already had it.
