What if USA decided to go German route and create another 'EU' but funded fully from own budged? Not for free of course, European countries would have to agree on military deals and such. For example; Ukraine would get 50 blillion of $ for development, [once per x amount of years] just for joining their military, economic and territorial circle deals.

How would Russia react about Krym?
You think that would ruin EU?
For sure USA would get stronger, many poor countries are looking for occasion for free money and military protection.

poland, hungary, czech, ukraine, białoruś, łotwa, turkey, slowenia, [possibly UK] and 2 others [if not UK]
