It has to be the Nazi Axe tattoo on both sides of his head. Soniju is apparently shooting up heroin before tattooing Phil just to deal with the pain of it, because it doesn't even match on both sides.

The one he hasn't gotten yet is the worst.
This one always looked the most diseased to me.
Now? Now his worst tattoo is easily his infamous head tattoo. When that one gets infected (and we all know that's coming), he won't be able to hide it and he'll be leaking head-pus all over the place. It will be truly disgusting. The rest of his tattoos he could reasonably cover by wearing long sleeves, gloves and maybe even a bandage for ensuing infections, but the head tat isn't that easy. And that tattoo will be the most hilarious when he tries to change his identity again, but he has his old one put onto his body in permanent ink.
Before a week or so ago, I probably would have to say his "Clitoral dough" tattoo is the most ridiculous.

Yep, hammer and sickle. It was our engagement tattoo. I still have mine, but I'm gonna get it covered up as soon as I have money.
The slave registration number is pretty stupid. I mean, they're all bad, but the slave registration is literally just a random sequence of numbers that he got from some website. Somehow he's decided that's magically significant enough to his life that he'll permanently ink it onto his body, and multiple times too IIRC.
Before, I would have said it was a tossup between "Latinx" on his inner lip or the slave registration label, because how the fuck do you explain to anyone with a straight face that you're the sex slave of a figment of your imagination?
I'm also partial to the "Ella/She" tattoo because of all the joy it's given me Photoshopping it to say "El/He."
Now, though... it's definitely the head tattoos. You can wear a long sleeve shirt to cover up tattoos on your arms, and you normally can grow a headful of hair to hide tattoos on your head, but Phil was going bald before he got a mohawk. One day he's not going to be able to hide the tattoos on his head without covering up with a hat, and I have a feeling this is just the tip of the iceberg for what he plans to do to that lumpy head of his.
