I think its like pink but dark pink. I never heard of 'magenta', it sounds fake, made up and unrealistic.

You guys can vote all you want, but if you take the average color of her hair, and then measure the distance in Euclidean space, it is closer to purple than magenta.

Also, I want to point out that magenta is purple. Magenta's RGB is 255R 0G 255B, Purple's RG is 128R 0G 128B. The only difference is amount of color, and Purple is the 50% point between black and magenta. I'd still call it purple because it's the same fucking thing.
