Cassava chips are honestly pretty good. Plantain chips are ok. There was one snack I tried that was like... quinoa or chickpea flour-based or something like that and that was pretty damn good.
I've mainly been eating Nongshim Shrimp=Flavored Chips lately. They remind me a lot of the Shrimp Cocktail chips (Prawn Cocktail Crisps) that Canadians used to be able to buy at Marks & Spencer's back when they operated in Canada.
I can't eat potato chips too often but, when I do, I honestly really like the D Gourmet Kettle Cooked chips from Dollarama.
