To be true to your actual question, pretty much everybody would say they would stop after that one. There may be some "hope" that your next kid is better--but you have to ask by how much and youre just rolling the dice again, even if that first one didnt put financial and mental strain on you and your relationships.

My mom knew some lady a few blocks away growing up who had six autistic kids until she had a seventh normal one, and she got put on some "we'll redo your house because of this" show and they put a huge mcmansion in the neighborhood that just didnt fit at all--one room was like entirely dedicated to dinosaurs or something and when I see from the window, it looks like it still is even though this was like 20 years ago.

I kind of feel like ADD falls somewhere just above being on the actual spectrum, and I wouldnt necessarily even want to bring an ADD kid into the world, but at least you could get them to grow up to be kind of normal; maybe make a person whose high school years were the highlight of their life where they had friends and girlfriends, but after high school they cant progress to really functioning, fitting in or doing well in college and just end up working at a Subway or something.

To address OP's question, it depends on the tism. High functioning ones should be fine, just socialize them appropriately. Veggie kids just become a burden and it might be more humane to abort them or give them up to a care home or some shit.
