I used to know a guy who was so autistic about getting all achievements in games, that when he encountered a game that you couldn't 100%, he'd spent weeks to discover, program and hotfix whatever bug was preventing the achievement, then spend weeks trying to convince the dev team to create a patch so steam would actually acknowledge the achievement.
