I don't think you can comfortable use the scroll ring on the trackball while also accurately moving the ball.

The DPI on that SpaceMouse Pro is 20,000
The DPI on the Kensington trackball is 400 to 1,500
Those high end 3d mice you're linking to are for stuff like architectural design not 360 no scoping n00bs.

They seem kinda neat, but for 3D modeling, I’d rather use a stylus.

but cant you move it in all directions and twist it like the 3d mouse? I get what you mean its probably easier to grip the 3d mouse.

DPI is Dots Per Inch, a higher DPI mouse allows for much more accurate movement, which is important in CAD or any other 3D modeler.
