She kept saying "GUISE BY THE WAY IT'S A CAT SCRATCH" in her live stream. Apparently nw it's beginning to scar because she "hasn't been picking at it". It looks too wide to be a cat scratch in my opinion, especially comparing it to a normal-size arm. But I'm sure she won't tell us if it's truly from a cat or not.
It could very well have been a cat scratch at one point, but there's a couple of contributing factors for why it looks the way it does.
The most obvious is that if she keeps picking the scabs, it's damaging good skin as well as the healing skin.
But from there, high levels of blood glucose caused by diabetes can, over time, affect the nerves (neuropathy) and lead to poor blood circulation, making it hard for blood - needed for skin repair - to reach areas of the body affected by sores or wounds.

Considering the size of her arm, that's not a cat scratch that's a cat gouge. It's almost as large as a piece of that pasta. Scratches are like thin things. She probably mistook a house cat for a turkey thigh and tried to bite into it.

It looks like a burn from an oven rack, I've got several identical looking scars from drunk cooking.
Maybe it came from Wasabi's back paws. She did say she was holding him when he got spooked and ran. He is a large cat, and the back claws would be thicker. I believe her, that it is a cat scratch that isn't healing because of picking, but also because of undiagnosed diabetes.
Her nougaty center is starting to leak out.

I don’t know. Lying about it being a cat scratch actually does seem possible. She lies about shit that doesn’t matter but it becomes obnoxious only because it’s a lie. No one would care if she burned her arm on an oven. But that probably sounds like a “fat fuck injury” so she said cat scratch.

She had another hole in her arm a few years back saying the same thing. I wonder if she manhandles her cats and they freak. She had that other hole for months on end and I feel like it was in the exact same place as this one is now.

Could have been a smaller scratch that got infected. Her hygiene isn't great and is she hasn't bothered to cover or treat it then it'll have been exposed to all kinds of shit. Plus i'd imagine her immune system's crap so she gets probably catches illnesses/infections pretty easy.
