What knives do you have in your kitchen? -

I really like the Ontario "Old Hickory" line, but you can generally find comparable knives at flea markets for pennies on the dollar. I usually like looking through used kitchen knives at places like that, because you can find some extremely good deals for some older knives that were built to last.

I love kitchenware stuff in flea markets and (to a lesser extent) thrift stores for exactly that reason, but in the last ten or fifteen years, it's gotten so hard to find good stuff... Too many people "flea market" as a living these days.
