Okay, I'm now convinced that, per year, half the money he pretends he doesn't have goes to Scopely, and the rest is on re-furnishing his condo. The whole fucking thing. There is no god damn way someone who does even half of that shit is going to suddenly stop buying new overly-expensive crap constantly. I think the rent and HOA fees combined were $1700 ($1400 + $300 or $1300 + $400 I forget).
$1700 * 12 * 4 = $81600.

He spent $81K on a CT condo in just 4 years that he didn't even live in when the value of the CT condo dropped all the way down to like $60K.
