What software do I need to run japanese PC games -

I have a copy of genius of sappheiros and I am unable to run it on my computer. What would I need to do to allow my computer to run it

Running it with AppLocale and/or setting your PC to Japanese reigon should do it.

Not many Touhou games I've run into need this, some Japanese PC games might need it but generally shouldn't. I know Age of Ethanols requires you to set your entire computer to Japanese to play without crashing.

As @Hodor said, Applocale is something you can use. Also, to actually make this post be something other than just parroting a user, I googled on how to run the game. Aside from saying use Applocale, the wiki may as well be a friend
