Carrot cake. It's a better recipe when you don't add any nuts, and I never use raisins so I wouldn't recommend adding those either.

Wensleydale and spinach pie. I always use a knife to decorate it with Algiz and sig runes to let the steam out when it's cooking... and because I'm strange. Does a savoury pie count as baking?

Chocolate rum cake to celebrate with a friend who just landed a new better job.
Last thing was actually chicken breasts but that isn't very exciting. What was exciting was the brown butter chocolate chip cookies I made from this cookbook https://www.amazon.com/100-Cookies-Kitchen-Classic-Brownies/dp/1452180733
They were SO GOOD. The brown butter gave them almost a caramelly note, and they were so perfectly crisp on the outside with a gooey center. Even the unbaked dough was so good that those cookies came dangerously close to not being baked. I'll have to make them again, and very soon.
