I'll go with jail in the long run. Possibly not tomorrow, but when this is all said and done.

Fine, suspended sentence and some kind of anger management course (Although probably not tomorrow, Chris is lazy so he'll put it off as long as possible)

He'll enter a plea and return for sentencing. Best thing about tomorrow is that this all happens on Autism Awareness Day and the color you're supposed to wear to show your support is BLUE!! Bwahahahahahaha, don't forget your blarms tomorrow!
Nothing. It will drag on until the summer with more hearings and appearances. The only way I can imagine this coming to a swift conclusion is if Chris admits he was wrong and takes a plea deal but I think we all know that won't happen.

Chris plea bargains, the prosecution accepts, he pays a fine of several hundred dollars that he can ill-afford, gets put on probation again, and goes to court-ordered anger management classes. Following a brush with calamity Chris then proceeds to circle the death spiral a little slower than before, but make no mistake that he's still going down, down, down that sucker.

Nothing's going to happen. Even if he accepts a plea deal, it'll still be continued.
But it'd be more fun if the judge sentenced community service... Something like visiting poor, hospitalized children... Wearing a blue-armed Sonic costume. That would be some serious justice

At worst I could see him going to the county Jail for the month since he has had other run ins with the law.

Chris puts smiles on faces when he has internet access and does crazy shit. If him having his cutie mark violated by JERKS in jail puts a smile on your face, that makes you one sick fuck. There's no need for anger or spite, Chris is a theatrical incompetent buffoon but he's not evil. The only lolcow I can think of out the top of my head who deserves jail time is Nick Bate.
It's definitely cruel and unusual punishment for the kids. For Chris, not so much.
