I honestly think that in a hundred years, people will look on these last few decades with absolute horror. They'll view us the same way we view people living during the time of the Civil War, or the Middle Ages. We'll be seen as barbarians with primitive and useless medical treatments and incorrect science based on absurd theories. We were poisoning ourselves with nonsensical chemicals in our food and houses. Our primitive technology will seem like death traps, and they'll wonder how we managed to survive at all.
I'm sure abortion will be looked upon with disgust, especially given our many options for birth control.
Maybe they'll be disturbed that we slaughter animals for food instead of growing meat in a vat.
They'll marvel at how people would use plants to get high, or inhale chemicals in a process called "Vaping," and wonder why we didn't just order some happy pills online.
They'll be disgusted with our overuse of fossil fuels... or maybe they'll look at us like idiots for being afraid of climate change?
Anyway, what things happening in 2020 will be seen as barbaric by the people of Tomorrow?
