*Don't have any physical interaction with him, but help with online job-searching, hiring professional cleaners, etc.
*Help him with finding a social worker who can help him with these things.
*Point out that he should at least try to find a social worker for himself.
*Leave generic well-wishing comments on his fb, telling him that everything is 'A-OK' as his mental and physical health slowly deteriorates in the trashpile of 14BC or as he is dragged off to a group home for 'slow-in-the-minds.'

Seriously, what is there to discuss? White Knights tell Chris everything is fine the way it is, and he doesn't need to change. Being told that, especially after Barb kicks and he'll need to do some serious behavior modification, will fuck Chris over. So the White Knights will be second only to Barb in preventing Chris from getting real help.

I mostly agree except for the one point about the trolls.
I think the trolls actually care more about Chris and have done more for him than his so-called friends, who may occasionally toss him some encouragement (usually misplaced encouragement to continue the way he's going), but otherwise do jack-shit for him. Trolls have fooled Chris time and time again into providing some lulz, but they have also given Chris good advise of what he actually needs to do to improve himself, sent him a free laptop, and even came the closest to actually providing his one wish and delivering him some girlfriends. They were all trolls, but unless he is willing to change and lower his standards, trolls gave him the only romantic moments he's likely to have in his life.

According to the CWCKI, Rocky tried to pressure Chris to go to the police about Ivy, Julie and Pandahalo. She also got the police involved when the whole Joshua Martinez thing blew up by getting after Borb, which she then had the cops run a background check on Ivy.
