Going to therapy and being honest with herself/making an apology video then disappearing from the internet would be a start, but there's no way of knowing if she's telling the truth or being genuine. She will never get a real job to abandon YouTube.

Be good to the people in her life. That means being honest and considerate, taking responsibility, etc. It is unlikely to happen. I don't care if she stays online or never loses weight, I mostly watch because she's horrible to everyone so it's impossible to feel bad for her. It is a lot like watching it's always sunny in Philadelphia in that way, actually.

Imo asking the forum what she'd have to do to redeem herself is redundant. None of us know her and she doesn't owe us anything.
It would take her years of therapy to get anywhere, but I doubt she could ever change. Improving yourself requires being honest with yourself, and she can't do that. There seems to be something wrong with her that distorts the way she sees the world, and herself especially. That's why she lies so much.
