Why the F is she carrying around her life savings? I think she's afraid of her bank account being garnished, perhaps because of not paying taxes.
And to carry it all around like that, and put it in a video...next video...someone stole my purse, and I had everything in there, my birth certificate, my life savings, social security card, and the "proofs" my bag is real.
Those glasses are gonna get smashed in the side pocket, and they do suit her face, because they cover most of it.
Claims she paid 80 dollars for this bag.
Edit: After seeing that AL does not trust banks and carries her savings and all her personal documents in a purse without a zipper (and we all know she's prone to leaving purses in her car, and wallets in shopping carts) I wonder how likely it is she might fake a theft for sympathy, or to drive a wedge between Becky and Eric, or accuse Becky of stealing as an excuse to leave...It just seems a little bit contrived how she opened up her wallet and flashed all that moo la, and also mentioned how the bag doesn't close fully so things will fall out, "but that's OK." What does she have up her sleeve? I wonder....

I love that she just literally gives out the purse snatcher's necessary plan of attack to get that money on her own volition in exchange for nine minutes of their criminal existence in return.

I wonder if she's saying the suggested retail price, or the sale price at TJ maxx, becase 80 seems steep for last season Steve Madden. (Hilarious she likes this brand, in Wolf of Wallstreet they describe Steve Maddens as "fat girl shoes")

I like how she thinks the brand is too cheap to knock off. $80 is still a decent chunk of change and I guarantee a stroll around your local Chinatown will yield you some Stevan Maddin.

Maybe she doesn't have debit/credit cards because she knows she'll eat them.
She's probably so much of a credit risk that even banks won't give her a normal checking account.
Good thing she paid $80 for an out of season designer bag instead of sending a $2 letter to her mom a month+ ago when she was diagnosed with cancer. I'm not saying her mom was a nice person or even worth the postage stamp but it's just nice to see Amberlynn has her priorities straight you know? Good thing she can buy marked off designer bags and go to the Cheesecake Factory every 24 hours but can't hold a job or scope out an apartment where she can take her cats instead of dumping them on a couple of strangers. Good thing she doesnt work full time hours or have any hobbies otherwise we wouldn't know she has lip balm and a movie stub in her purse. It's really just refreshing to see somebody with genuine priorities.
The stupid thing is she didn't have that purse when she went to see "It", she put the stub in there. And it's not like she needs it to write in her journal because her journal is at home, not in her purse. She wants so badly to have interesting items in her purse but doesn't want to take the time or the effort to make new memories with her new purse. It's cute to find an old stub in a bag or a pocket if you didn't plant it there.
And I also think she carries an empty spray because a full one would be too heavy. And I don't think she gives a crap about that book, just wants to show interest in something of Becky's, when it's so obvious Becky bores her to death.

Agreed - I think she carries the social and birth certificate around as some sort of ID vs. going to the DMV. I've never heard of anything more stupid in my life. Someone could steal her identify, and her cash, in a hot minute.
