I’ve been making too much steak lately, I need to diversify my meats with some chicken or possibly add fish back into the mix after leaving it out for years. But to be fair it’s mostly due to me testing out different cuts to see which ones I prefer, I’ve learned that I prefer leaner cuts with finer marbling over cuts like ribeye where you get large fat bands of fat that are too gummy for my tastes.
