If I wasn't dieting, I'd say Parmesan Cheese. It makes everything better.

Mayo is also really good on a lot of things.

Garlic. Add garlic to everything.

Nutmeg in scrambled eggs or on buttered toast is highly recommended if you want a little hint of sweetness.

I love cayenne and Tabasco, but I'm going to go with Shichimi togarashi, a Japanese spice mix that is perfect. I go through about two shaker bottles per month. It's a blend of chili flakes, black and white sesame seeds, ginger, orange peel, and one or two other things. It has the most balanced, delicate hit of heat and flavour, and excellent in or on literally everything that isn't dessert. And even that is debatable.

No Super Combos Necessary
People think I'm weird for putting ketchup on white rice.

Other than that though, I'm a pasta person, so it's the usual graded cheese/ricotta combo if I'm using tomato sauce with it.

I like to mix hot sauce and ranch to form the most ghetto "buffalo" sauce ever. Butter also works, but that requires ever so slightly more effort.

Also I think pesto seasoning is pretty good.

I also do spicy mayo

spices: black pepper, garlic powder, old bay

toppings: really depends on the dish. Usually i don't or can't top it.

I usually eat stuff with peppers, egg, ,cheese, meat, veggies, i try to avoid carb but i eat potatoes and a slice of toast daily I guess
