For each meal, I'd say:
Breakfast: Long Island egg sandwich (on a roll or a NY-style bagel) with hashbrowns on the side
Lunch: Cheeseburger cooked in spicy butter with a spicy fried egg and bacon on it, and another spicy fried egg on the side. Essentially to make the spicy butter I put butter into a pan, crush some black and red peppercorn into the butter, and then cook it until the pepper flavor leeches into the butter.
Dinner: NY-style pizza or baked ziti.
I miss NY food. It's almost impossible to find good NY-style pizza and bagels outside NY. It's believed that NY water is apparently good for making NY-style breads, so people literally ship in NY water to other states to make NY-style bagels and pizza dough.
