The police prank call is both funny and very telling. It gives you an idea of how well known the chandlers were to the local PD and how they pretty much treat him like every other adult has(except that heartless Jew Schneider and that evil Mary Lee Walsh). This is why Chris doesn’t get in trouble locally, even the chief of police is aware he’s an autist.

Apparently, at some point trolls got him into talks with Chris about producing animated Sonichu stuff. He got all anal about Partridge drawing style not autistically matching sanic or pokeymen 100% and it didn't got anywhere.
