It’s not quite the china, but the sweetheart and his promised life. Having sex was not life changing as he thought it would.
To Chris the problem is life is no longer accommodating to his whims, there is no Cristal, nor office job nor a sexy wife, he is aging quite fast and his clashes with society have proven once and again that he can’t win. He is slowly realizing this fact and is very pissed off. That’s why he is obsessing so much with the past where thing were marginally better and hope still existed.

Chris has other things to spend his tugbux on that are more immediately gratifying to him. I have no clue what the going rate is for a hooker in Greene County, but I'm betting it's something Chris would have to save up for. Buying a daily healthy mcwrap is much less effort for him than the self denial needed to save money.
Also I think losing his virginity was much more important to Chris than the sex itself. For all his complaining I think he's a lot less into the china than he lets on. Chris' "rampant heterosexuality" has much more to do with his projected self image than his actual libido. Sure he enjoys sex, but not enough to pay for it, and that's the only way he's going to get it.
Hiring another hooker is just an expensive way to shoot his navy, and even Chris knows that it's not going to improve his life in any way.
His lack of effort to tomgirlism is just down to his laziness, and his anger towards Megan at the moment seems to have been triggered by some ween emailing him and our subsequent defence of her. When it comes down to it, he's just run out of meaningful ways to interact with the world around him and pretty much reverted to a default setting of blaming others and self pity.

What I want to know is does he even care about sex that much anymore, since he achieved his goal of shagging a real live female?
Furthermore, is his desire for a Sweetheart continuing merely because it's something he set out to achieve and something he's been doing long enough that it's become routine? Or because romance and marriage and a house with a white picket fence and 2.5 children is on the checklist for how life is "supposed" to go, and Chris feels he has to adhere to that checklist?
Honestly, I can't help but think he may (shockingly) be reflecting on his past and thus becoming depressed that his life isn't going how it's "supposed" to go (hence giving up on being a hardcore tomgirl--it takes more effort and care to pull off than Chris's depressed self has). And I wonder if his animosity toward Megan has to do with his belief that she was "the one" who he was going to marry and live with in the house with the white picket fence and the 2.5 children. Since that didn't happen, he may blame her as the one who kept him from living the life he was "supposed" to have.

Between the death of his father and the fallout of the 10/28 incident, Chris has been perpetually crashing into slumber. Akin to a depressed person, he ruminates on the past and has inward-directed anger. 
I'm not sure I actually want an answer to this, but I have to admit to being curious as to what kind of hooker Chris is willing to get. I mean, he actually could get his Britney Spears-lookalike action if he really wanted it... but escorts like that cost major tugboat. More if you're a smelly tranny and they'd rather not touch you. I don't see Chris being able to save up that much cash, nor do I see him knowing how to set up such an encounter. OTOH, Ruckersville is probably full of your $50 crackwhores, but I don't know if Chris the almighty stud would deem one of them "acceptable" to his duck.

Has nothing to do with the lack of pussy. Sex has only ever really been to Chris a thing he can pursue to make it seem like he has an aim in life, something that he believes will take his problems away with social acceptance. Now he's had sex he realises it isn't the magical healing resolution. He's had sex - now he wants a girlfriend, because that is the next step up on the social acceptance ladder in his eyes. You can't pay someone to be your girlfriend. There's no easy out to his situation anymore, its not just "lose virginity" - its now "have a loving relationship" and he knows it can't happen and he's falling apart

Not at all and I'll tell you why. Chris thought that getting China would solve all his problems. His mother, the trolls, giving him his daughter, and letting him lounge around all day playing vidya while a galpal did all the work and at night he would get china.
Turns out that isn't the case. He couldn't even get it legally and ultimately had to pay a hooker for it and as a result his ultimate problems still remain because he hasn't changed his ways at all. As a result nothing will change at this rate and I doubt he is going to change or accept any kind of advice or opinion on the subject.
Chris is so locked in his ways it'd be easier to wrestle a bear than to deal with this guy.
