Where To Begin Politics -

Where do you even start to begin on knowing what each political spectrum is all about? Maybe it's just me, but it feels like there's some biases around that will affect my understanding of what each side is about.

You're going to have the biases anyways based on school, friends, family.

I find that a best start is philosophical. Start inside yourself and in your neighborhood. There's a state where people decide how things around you are organised. What's going wrong? What should be different?

Then when you've got your single issue, or maybe three, see how the different political parties address those issues. Read their program. Watch their debates. Maybe sit in or watch a recording of the local town meet if they're publicly available.

Now since we're easily swayed by charisma and lies, do some research into their past voting and actions and see how much their words line up (they won't, they're politicians, but there are still degrees of difference).

Then when you've got some measure of a responsible view, think about how you could have been spending all that time on something productive when people use voting busses, dead people votes, voting machine fraud and deals with foreign countries to sell out your destiny.

Democrats - REEEEE!!! White straight wealthy people are the devil!

Republicans - REEEEE!!!! Black tranny poorfags are the devil!

Libertarians - REEEEE!!!! Taxes, roads and government are the devil!

Green Party - REEEEE!!!! Meat and deodorant are the devil!

This concludes our lesson. I'll be staying after class for an hour to answer any follow-up questions.

Every single wavelength of the political spectrum has biased dipshits and r.etards who think that they're right and the other side is satan incarnate. So it's virtually impossible to get any unbiased information about them. (IMO, at least)

My advice? Try your hardest to think for yourself and avoid using labels like liberal or conservation to describe yourself politically.

Now on the top left you have authoritarian leftism which consists of extreme communists who belief a strong state is necessary to crush the rich who are exploiting poor for profit. Why can't we live in a society where resources are shared equally? And in our increasingly technical world where millions of jobs are being killed isn't this the end state were heading towards?

On the Bottom Left you have Anarcho Communism which is the belief that both capitalism and the state must be abolished to create a just society. The workers would control businesses thru democratic process. They don't actually believe in anarchy because some parts of government would be allowed to stay. Probably including some form of private militias and healthcare services. But the unnecessary would be abolished. The end goal being a society where everyone's needs are taken care of and automaton has removed the need for wage slavery. Everyone is free to pursue there passions like Art or Sports.

The end goal of both Authoritarian and Libertarian Communism is Anarcho Communism. Authoritarians just believe a strong state is a necessary as a transition point. Of course Capitalist nations will never allow Communism to grow so a full scale world revolution would be necessary. Oh and I guess I should mention Libertarian leftists tend to be progressive whereas Authoritarians just want to crush capitalism. So if you hate that shit but agree with the economic shit there ya go.

Authoritarian Right is Fascism. There's no doubt about it. But whether it's
good or bad is up to each person to decide. Fascists believe in increased military force, Nationalism, Traditional values, creating a hierarchy usually based on hatred of perceived others (Gews and Muslims etc) and usually harbors an idea of wiping these people out by the idea that said group is destroying there cultural heritage (great replacement) usually these believes will contain race realism.

Libertarian Right is the retarded cousin of the group. The basic belief is that by abolishing government and keeping capitalism we'd have a perfect society. Of course the question then arises "what's stopping a company from dumping chemicals in the ocean? Or enslaving entire poor towns? Or buying the police?" This is Anarcho Capitalism and its fucking ridiculous. But hey some people buy into it.

So there you go. Pick one of those 4 then just search around those until you find your ideology. I respect all of them minus the dumbass Anarcho Capitalists.

Libertarian Right is the exceptional cousin of the group. The basic belief is that by abolishing government and keeping capitalism we'd have a perfect society. Their's a 4chan /lit/ recommended reading site that has a lot of good charts for philosophy/politics. Books are the best way to learn more about politics, if you wanna learn more you gotta read. Here's a couple of good books I recommend to start with to get a grasp of things (in no particular order) :
Leviathan by Thomas Hobbes
Reflections on the Revolution in France by Edmund Burke
Manufacturing Consent: The Political Economy of the Mass Media by Noam Chomsky and Edward S. Herman
Propaganda by Edward Bernays
Republic by Plato
The Wealth of Nations by Adam Smith
Politics by Aristotle

Don't trust this guy, he's funded by Soros.

Never trust political tests. I once followed the money on the three biggest political compass tests in my country and two of them were funded by Soros. Not even joking.

Please learn about how government and elections work. You can have all the opinions and theories you want, they won't mean jack shit if you don't try to understand how or why things work. You have lofty ideas about how you want to allocate government resources? Whoopty motherfucking do! It doesn't mean anything if you don't get the right people elected in the right places. You want your movement's cause to become a law? Then you have to go out and educate people from all walks of life about why they should care. Yes, it is your job to educate people! Granted, they should be educating themselves too but if you want to get converts then you have to work for it.
